Sometimes the best laid plans are the last minute plans. Although our cancellation policy is relatively strict, we ultimately wish to keep all of our sleeping bears happy. If a cancellation happens, we will offer the space to our members and if we can re-rent, then we will re-fund.

All members will get a SPECIAL booking rental form that can be accessed on our site's page called "Members Only". Members will have until April 30 to book before we begin renting to our future Sleeping Bears.

We have now transitioned to a long term rental until the end of June 2025. Thinking about a summer visit? All summer bookings will be through AirBnb-- we will open AirBnb bookings sometime in mid to late April. Stay tuned!
