Sometimes the best laid plans are the last minute plans. Although our cancellation policy is relatively strict, we ultimately wish to keep all of our sleeping bears happy. If a cancellation happens, we will offer the space to our members and if we can re-rent, then we will re-fund.

All members will get a SPECIAL booking rental form that can be accessed on our site's page called "Members Only". Members will have until April 30 to book before we begin renting to our future Sleeping Bears.
25/26 Winter Booking window is now open for returning guests
Previous guests will be allowed to secure dates starting now. After September 8, we will connect with new-to-us guests who have filled in our booking form, in the order that the requests came in. We require that all bookings are paid in full within two weeks of us saving the dates.
