Rooms
This vacation rental provides accommodation with:
2 Queen rooms (sleeps 4)
1 Bunk Bed room (sleeps 2 cubs or kiddos under the age of 19), 2nd washroom and streamable large screen TV and many family games
Bathrooms:
1 main bathroom, bath tub, shower, heated floors
1 ensuite: shower only
Kitchen:
Full kitchen with microwave, oven, Nespresso (u-bring pods), coffee grinder and dishwasher. Salt, pepper, olive oil, balsamic, paper towel, plastic wrap, foil, parchment and small amounts of sugar are provided. (no blender; no air fryer)
Dining:
Seating for up to 4 people at once although you may be able to squeeze a teeny-tiny-hiney cub on the end
Living Room:
One couch, two lounge chairs-- cozy, yet comfy for up to 4 bears; Smart TV with cable package
Cleaning:
Self-Clean only. We supply all cleaning supplies and equipment. Reusable clothes can be thrown into the main equipment room's washing machine. Fines and negative AirBnb comments may be applied to guests who do not return the suite to its original state or better. Tidying the suite is not good enough; it must be cleaned, shined, and staged for the incoming guests.
Gotta keep the rates low somehow!
Save anywhere from $70 to $350 in cleaning fees by staying with us.
Guests must bring sheets/sleeping bags, towels, clothes, dish clothes.
Pillows and blankets/duvets with duvet covers are provided. Washing machine is available. Bring your own detergent please. Duvet covers are switched out every 1-2 weeks. Please sleep between the sheets.
Parking:
In the winter, you cannot drive to the chalet's door. Our closest lot is Lower Henry. Guests need to be able to walk up snowy and sometimes icy, terrain. We can only guarantee ONE parking space in either Upper or Lower Henry due to Strata restrictions. A second vehicle may need to be located in Lot 1 located on the other side of the village, across from the old General Store.

Amenities
This suite is IDEAL for 4 adults or up to six people should the additional cubs be under the age of 19. Please message us if your group goes outside of these parameters.
If you have a large group, the Mountain View Suite can be rented alongside The Bear Den. We are no longer renting the middle Main Suite to the public, however. With the Mountain View Suite & The Bear Den combined, 6 adult-sized bears and up to 4 cubs under 19 years of age can comfortably stay.

We are not renting during the summer or shoulder seasons... for now.
Perhaps once we retire from our usual gigs, we will open summer back up. Please connect with us directly if you have further questions about summer stays.

Previous guests will be allowed to secure dates starting now. After September 8, we will connect with new-to-us guests who have filled in our booking form, in the order that the requests came in. We require that all bookings are paid in full within two weeks of us saving the dates.
